How it works

Each tool counts something different. Canny counts tracked users, Featurebase and Productboard count teammate seats, Nolt counts boards, and the rest sell flat plans with feature limits. The calculator applies each vendor’s published rules to your numbers and picks the cheapest plan that covers what you ticked.

When something needs a sales call, a vendor’s pages disagree, or a price isn’t published, the result says so under “How we got this” and links the source. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.

FAQ

Why do feedback tools cost so differently?
They charge for different things. Canny prices by tracked users (people who post, vote or comment), Featurebase and Productboard by teammate seats, Nolt by boards, and Sikia, UserJot, Upvoty and Frill by plan. The same team can land on very different prices depending on which of those it has a lot of.
What is a tracked user?
Canny's term for anyone with a post, vote or comment attributed to them. On Canny's Pro plan the price steps up as that number grows, so a busy public board costs more each month.
How current are these prices?
We read each vendor's public pricing and help pages on October 19, 2026. Vendors change plans often, so check the linked source before you buy. Where a vendor doesn't publish a price, the calculator says so instead of guessing.
Does it include add-ons, usage fees and taxes?
It adds published add-ons you ask for, such as Featurebase's white-label add-on or Frill's White Label, and notes usage fees it knows about. It doesn't include taxes or discounts you'd negotiate with sales.
Why is Sikia's price flat?
Sikia's plans differ by projects and by how much AI capture you use each month, never by voters or teammates. Lifetime is $99 once with your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter key.
